SERVICES / CLOUD & DEPLOYMENT ENGINEERING

Cloud & deployment.

A considered path to production, with repeatable releases and clear infrastructure.

Discuss your requirements

THE ENGINEERING FOCUS

A repeatable path from a change to a working release.

We choose hosting and deployment patterns around the application, expected workload and operational constraints. The objective is a system your team can release, observe and maintain confidently.

WHAT WE BUILD

Make production part of the engineering plan.

These are example scenarios, not claims about completed client projects.

01

First production release

Choose an appropriate environment and establish configuration, release steps and operating responsibilities.

02

Delivery pipeline

Replace fragile manual releases with a reviewable build, test and deployment sequence.

03

Infrastructure migration

Move an application with a plan for data, compatibility, downtime and rollback.

TECHNICAL APPROACH

An environment
you can operate.

Fit the workload

Evaluate traffic, background work, storage and service dependencies against the application requirements.

Separate environments

Keep configuration and secrets controlled, with a practical path from validation to production.

Prepare operation

Define useful monitoring, backup procedures and recovery instructions before handover.

SCOPE & HANDOVER

Working software.
Useful knowledge.

The final scope and acceptance criteria are agreed in a written proposal. Documentation should make operation and future change practical.

Typical scope

  • Hosting and environment architecture
  • Build and release automation
  • Configuration and secret management
  • Backup, observability and recovery planning

What you receive

  • 01Environment and infrastructure configuration
  • 02Automated delivery pipeline
  • 03Monitoring and recovery documentation
  • 04Operational handover

PROJECT WORKFLOW

A practical route
through the work.

  1. 01

    Environment

Agree hosting needs, access and ownership.

  2. 02

    Pipeline

Automate builds, checks and controlled release steps.

  3. 03

    Handover

Validate a release and document recovery and operation.

TECHNOLOGY CONSIDERATIONS

The context
comes first.

Explore our technical expertise
Cost
Evaluate expected running costs and the operational burden of additional infrastructure.
Recovery
A backup is useful only if restoration has an understood and verified procedure.
Release safety
Use suitable migration, rollback or forward-fix strategies for the type of change.

Useful questions.
Clear answers.

Do we need a complex cloud architecture?

Not necessarily. We prefer the simplest setup that meets reliability, security and operating requirements. Scaling paths are considered without adding infrastructure that has no immediate purpose.

Can we keep our current hosting provider?

Often yes. We review what the provider supports and whether it meets the workload and operating needs. A migration needs a concrete reason.

Will deployment be completely automatic?

Routine steps can be automated while preserving reviews or approvals where needed. The release process follows the risk and operating requirements of the project.
